ApplyTrue is a job-application assistant that helps you turn your resume into tailored cover letters and CVs. You create an account, upload or paste your resume, and use our tools to draft application materials. The service is delivered on a best-effort basis; we’ll tell you in-product if something is down.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, do not sign up; contact privacy@applytrue.com if an account has been created for you and we’ll remove it.

• Provide accurate account information (a real email address you control).
• Keep your password private; you’re responsible for activity under your account until you tell us otherwise.
• Don’t use the service to harass others, impersonate someone else, or apply for roles on someone’s behalf without their permission.
• Don’t scrape, resell, or bulk-automate the service. ApplyTrue is for individuals applying for their own roles.
• Don’t try to break the service, extract other users’ data, or bypass rate limits.

You keep ownership of the resumes you upload and of the cover letters and CVs we help you draft. By using the service, you give ApplyTrue a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content so we can run the service (parsing, generation, storage, search, and retrieval). That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except as needed to complete an in-flight request or to retain the legal records we’re required to keep.

We don’t train machine-learning models on your content, and our LLM provider is contractually prevented from doing so under our agreement. See Privacy for the full data flow.

Cover letters, CVs, and suggestions produced by the service are generated by large-language-model technology. They are drafts to help you start, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every application you send. ApplyTrue does not promise employment outcomes, interview callbacks, or that the output is free of errors or awkward phrasing.

You can close your account at any time from your account settings. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or present a security or safety risk. On termination, your data is handled as described in Privacy.

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, ApplyTrue disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We’re not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service.

We’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when these terms change. Material changes will be flagged in-product and will require re-consent before they take effect for existing users.

These terms will be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, once ApplyTrue is incorporated there (expected at launch). Until incorporation, disputes will be resolved in good faith by contacting privacy@applytrue.com.
